Well Isn't that just spiffy...

Despite my lack of regular blog updates, my sweet friend Dana, over at Thoughts on Life and Dirty Diapers, awarded me with these sweet bloggy awards. Dana is super smart (notice my new three column layout, courtesy of her super smartness), super funny, and super awesome. For many reasons, but mostly the fact that she is the most real person that I know. You should totally go check her out, you won't be sorry. While you're there, I would imagine that you will pick up some super shopper tips, some awesome cleaning tips, or some mommy stories that you make you smile. Either way, you'll come back for more... I'm sure of it.

I have been given the task of giving this to 5 other bloggers... So here they are, in no order (as they are ALL awesome)

Danette over at "Welcome to my world..." is totally deserving of an award... but not just a blog award. If I could, I would give her a BIG, HUGE, GOLD Trophy. Danette is a single mom of three, shall we say... busy... kids (two boys and a teenage girl!) and she makes it look like a piece of cake... but Somehow in all that chaos that I am sure exists... Danette sends out daily inspirational e-mails to a long list of ladies in which she shares some pretty personal details of her life and how God is working there to make her the best that she can be. But I think that she is pretty great already. I begged her to blog for the longest time... and FINALLY, she gave in. So go check her out, she's amazing.

Haley over at One Who is Saved By Grace is another one of those that totally deserves more than a blog award... she deserves a medal, a badge, a uniform of some kind. You see, Haley -- She's a soldier. Well, sort of. She stands among the silent ranks of the U.S. Marine core. While her high-school-sweetheart-turned-husband (of not even a year yet) serves our country in Iraq... she serves here, waiting patiently for his return without complaining or badmouthing our government. She's also pretty handy with a Nikon as well, so go check her out.

Michelle over at Barefoot Living is a great blog for Mommies. Michelle is a SAHM of 3 beautiful little blondes. She shares book reviews and Mommy stories and so much more, and every time I visit I leave with a smile. Michelle and her fam lived in Albany when I first moved here and moved away to live their life in the country (I am SO jealous of that by the way, Michelle) ... she just shares her real life over there... You'll love it!

Susan over at Griffies Growth will be a great place for you to check out. Susan worked with the church that I grew up in for a while... her blog has been a great way for us to re-connect. She's the mommy of two beautiful little babies... a set of very much prayed for twins. It's such a joy to watch her celebrate their lives in every post. I love to read about her life and the lives of those babies. You will too!

and last, but certainly not least, Jennifer over at The Bamboo Shoot is a great place to visit if you ever need to be reminded that God is in control. She's taking on a whole new journey in her life... she just graduated college and is trying to figure out where God wants her to go from there. She has a great heart and great head on her shoulders. No matter where she goes, they'll be lucky to have her. I have really loved following along on her journey... and so will you.
