There is NO ONE like him.
Tonight we saw The David Crowder Band at Sherwood Baptist Church (the same church that did the movie "Fireproof" ---speaking of that movie, the guy that wrote it was 5 people down from us [schweet]). Also, Sherwood was the place that I first saw Sarah Groves 5 years ago. Expectedly, The concert was great. David Crowder always brings so much energy to the room... It's impossible to sit down --- even when the security chick is trying to make you.
I have heard most of his songs a few times... there are lots of them that I know by heart. He is my favorite in his genre, by far.
This is a part of one of the songs that I have heard a few times before, but never really listened to before tonight:
*I think I'm on the brink of something large...
Maybe like the breaking of the dawn...
Maybe like a match being lit...
Or the sinking of a ship, Letting go gives a Better Grip*
Anyway, George took alot of great pictures and videos, I will post his videos as soon as he gets them made. Until then, enjoy this video... I did. :) And go see TWILIGHT!!

Wasn't that fun!!! I'm so glad we went. Hopefully Emerson will be feeling better soon. She was trying to say "goose egg" on the way home. Too funny!
Crowder's CD's are great, but they don't even compare with the live show. I'm glad you guys got a chance to experience that.
